“State Reform and Development Plan and long-term (2010-2020)” (Draft for Public Comment) since February 28 began public consultation on the whole society.
This was the first to enter the 21st century educational planning, but also our government through Asking the people, for the next 10 years, education reform outlined in the “road draft.”
Draft by the preamble, composed of four parts and implementation of a total of 22 chapters, 70, about 27,000 words. A series of specific goals, such as: 2020, basic universal pre-school education; high school education gross enrollment rate of 90%; higher education gross enrollment rate of 40%.
In recent years, public education reform has become increasingly intense since the formulation of Plan in August 2008 inception, always adhere to ask the people need to ask the way the people meter. In-depth research commissioned on the basis of inside and outside the seminar held in 1500 and seminars, the participants of more than 23,000 people, the formation of more than 500 million words of research reports.
It is learned that this time will be open for comments until March 28, 2010.
